Job Summary
An HR services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Clinical EAP Intake and Triage Guidance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Telephonically address client concerns by conducting clinical intakes and referring clients to the appropriate resources, such as to a therapist or counselor
- Educate remote clients about resources, eligibility, and services with a positive and professional approach
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
