Job Summary

A communications technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Communication Technology Customer Service Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Using a cloud-based phone system to provide our client's callers exceptional service
  • Gathering information and handling calls per our client’s instructions
  • Leaving our client's callers happier than when they started dialing

  • Communication skills in both text and conversation
  • Ability to seamlessly translate Spanish to English and vice versa
