Job Summary
A communications technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Communication Technology Customer Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Using a cloud-based phone system to provide our client's callers exceptional service
- Gathering information and handling calls per our client’s instructions
- Leaving our client's callers happier than when they started dialing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Expert customer service skills: efficiency, friendliness, a positive attitude
- Communication skills in both text and conversation
- Ability to seamlessly translate Spanish to English and vice versa
- Reliable attendance
