A business and tech service provider has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Deliver exceptional candidate experience
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

Qualifications Include:

• Speak, read and write Spanish
• 1 year of recruiting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience recruiting bilingual contact center front-line employees
• Experience in High Volume Recruiting
