Job Summary

A credit union service organization is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Credit Union Inbound Call Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting customers who call for help
  • Helping resolve account issues and financial inquiries
  • Taking inbound calls from credit union members—no cold calling

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Superior customer service skills and financial understanding
  • Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications
  • Access to 50mps download speeds for home office
