  • Use an Internet-connected computer to gather information and handle calls
  • Maintain the poise of a true professional

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Your customer service skills have all the hallmarks of an expert: efficiency, friendliness, a positive attitude
  • Your communication skills shine in both text and conversation
  • Seamlessly translate Spanish to English and vice versa
  • Cable/Fios or other high-speed Internet connection
  • Internet Upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps
  • A webcam for training and meetings
