Job Summary

A non profit organization is in need of a Remote Customer Relationship Advocate and Liaison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Attend customers' escalations within the BSD, P2P, R2R, H2R, OPeX, and any other operational related SS area
  • Chase issues, do follow up, and respond to customer escalations
  • Implement measurement and monitoring the approach to ensure appropriate management information

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Operations
  • At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Customer relationship management or customer service support
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of comprehensive
  • Excellent writing and editing skill in English and Spanish
  • Experience working as part of virtual teams
