Job Summary

A national insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Consultant I in Mountain Home.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assists our clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy
  • Reviews all policy information to determine if the risk meets the company's underwriting guidelines
  • Provides superior customer service and offers solutions and/or options within company guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed
  • Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills
  • Six months previous customer service experience
  • Minimum 7.0 Mbps bandwidth with dependable/reliable connectivity
  • A dedicated in-home office space free from interruptions and background noise
