Job Summary

An internet company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of 12- 18 virtual consultants at varying skill levels
  • Supervising Sales and Service Consultants answering calls and/or emails from customers
  • Helping consultants meet customer satisfaction, resolution targets, and exceed customer expectations
