Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Craft exceptional customer experiences
  • Answer in-bound calls (and emails) from customers
  • Assist the customers of major consumer brands with their questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must meet home office requirements listed by company
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Six months or more of customer service experience
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
