Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls from citizens and providing answers to the questions surrounding COVID-19
  • Scheduling vaccination appointments with web based software
  • Recording accurate data and information from the calls in an on-line system

Position Requirements Include:

  • Own your own computer (Windows 10 OR Mac running Catalina)
  • Internet speed of 40 mbps
  • Reliable computer headset
  • Ability to use an online tool for documenting the contact
  • Ability to communicate with team members including your supervisor
  • Ability to represent clients in a professional, service-oriented manner
