Job Summary
A medical services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns
- Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated department
- Adhering to and ensuring all company policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
- Fluency in English and Spanish
