Job Summary
A technology company specializing in alcohol monitoring systems needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Des Moines.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Excellent verbal communication
- Experience with problem solving and resolving conflict
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
