Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Miami.

Must be able to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information

Position Requirements Include:

  • Start date 8/2
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Fast learner, ability to maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
