Job Summary
An energy company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the Smithfield Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process billing calls
- Route customer issues for resolution
- Assist customers with credit/payment arrangements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel onsite on your first day of employment for orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of Customer service experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish)
- Above average knowledge and ability of PC skills
- Ability to maintain high speed wired internet access
