Job Summary

An energy company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the Smithfield Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process billing calls
• Route customer issues for resolution
• Assist customers with credit/payment arrangements

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel onsite on your first day of employment for orientation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of Customer service experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish)
• Above average knowledge and ability of PC skills
• Ability to maintain high speed wired internet access
