A residential real estate company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Real Estate Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints
  • Booking rooms via phone calls and live chat
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
