Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish English Collections Agent in Lenexa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving or making outbound calls to negotiate settlements
- Meeting or exceeding established goals to include balances saved, pay-by-phones collected and call quality
- Securing payment arrangements with customers who are between 4 - 6 months past due on their credit card accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to onboard and train on site in Lenexa
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Stable employment record
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to submit to and pass E-Verify and background check
- Ability to feel comfortable sitting for most of an 8h shift
