Job Summary

A banking and credit lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Fraud Prevention Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking incoming calls and referrals from other departments, and at times make outbound calls
  • Resolving Cardmember inquiries regarding a fraud- or security-related concern
  • Collecting necessary information and complete a fraud report when a customer confirms unauthorized account activity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience in call center/customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
