Job Summary
A banking and credit lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Fraud Prevention Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving Cardmember inquiries regarding a fraud- or security-related concern
- Taking incoming calls and referrals from other departments, and at times make outbound calls
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in call center/customer service
- A quiet workspace
- Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
- Personal smartphone or a tablet
