Job Summary

A full-service bank and national mortgage originator needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Hardship Relief Taskforce Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Contacts by Telephone
  • Creating and Maintaining Documentation of Calls
  • Completing the new hire training class with a passing grade

Required Skills:

  • Applicants must speak fluent Spanish to qualify for a bilingual Spanish role
  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
  • Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume and answer customer questions in a timely manner
