Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Reply and handle inquiries via telephone and other communication channels, regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, etc
- Answer and manage inbound inquiries from customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues to provide appropriate response
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 2 years call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
