Job Summary

A customer engagement services provider is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Qualifications Include:

• High-speed internet connection
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• High school diploma or equivalent
