Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to healthcare providers and patients for our full range of products and services
- Working cross functionally with all teams to maintain up to date responses and resolve issues quickly
- Building out a collection of quick responses in Spanish to help assist clients quickly and efficiently
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least two years of experience in phone, email and chat support in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
- Self starter with high attention to detail
- Experience creating documents with step by step instructions
- Ability to contribute to the building of new processes and systems
