Job Summary
A major healthcare company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Inbound Contacts Representative 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
- Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills utilizing multiple computer applications simultaneously
