Job Summary
A provider of healthcare business services is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Patient Access Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Gathering and entering patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
- Assisting callers and navigating them to appropriate resource as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual Spanish
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to answer multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Ability to schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to protocols established by the client
