Job Summary

A technology and staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Housing Resource Advisor in Boulder.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitor Housing Help Line voicemail box and review or document callers’ information in our systems
• Screen callers for referral to Housing Advisors for more detailed information about rental assistance programs
• Research callers in Housing Case Management Team systems to gather and document caller/household information

Required Skills:

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Customer service experience a plus
• Comfort with using computers and learning new computer systems
• Cultural competence
• Community resources knowledge
