Job Summary

A group of building material distributors is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator in Central Florida.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading orientation on-boarding program
• Maintaining and overseeing DQ files and ensures compliance
• Leading local interviews and offer coordination

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Requires strong organizational skills
• Above average verbal/written communication skills
• Must have a high degree of patience with the ability to recognize potential problems
