Job Summary

A media and technology services firm is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Media and Technology Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing concierge-style phone service to our customers
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
  • Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Great Phone Etiquette
