Job Summary
A media and technology services firm is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Media and Technology Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing concierge-style phone service to our customers
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Tech-Savvy
