Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting video visits for chronic care management and remote patient monitoring
• Serving as a consulting resource on care management practice as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution for nurse practitioners
• Certified and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing in New York
• Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently
