Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Call Center Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing all incoming calls, emails, faxes and web-generated requests from pharmacies, beneficiaries and prescribers
  • Performing calls and emails to pharmacies, beneficiaries and prescribers when needed
  • Providing Coverage Determination status to clients including exceptions and appeals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Technician Associate’s Degree
  • Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • You must be able to communicate effectively (read, write, speak, daydream, argue, text, etc.) in English and Spanish
