A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse Care Coordinator in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a positive interaction with patients on behalf of our practices
- Translating English documentation into Spanish documentation
- Conducting telephonic visits with patients using motivational interviewing techniques
Qualifications for this position include:
- ADN or BSN required
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with team members and clients
- Capable of organizing work to achieve daily/weekly goals and objectives
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
