Job Summary

A developer of a customer experience management platform has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Setting up and running your territory, leading a team of reps to achieve and blow through a revenue target
• Using MEDDPICC/ Force management and processes to facilitate your team’s success
• Directing the flow of information for sales activities and transactions

Required Skills:

• You consistently identify & attend industry events, leverage your network, travel, and pursue creative methods
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
• 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience
• Genuinely care about others
• Have led top flight sales teams where you have taken raw talent and converted them into reps
