A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Senior Client Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with teams to anticipate client needs
- Carrying out all client benefit requests accurately
- Ascertaining project completion and client satisfaction
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Business, Math, Computer Systems or related field OR
- Equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- 6+ years relevant work experience and project coordination experience
- Knowledge of PBM clinical operations and Medicare Part D
- Computer and internet proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
