Job Summary
A Christian services nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Service and Support Center Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to all incoming questions, concerns and leads
- Educating and assisting all customers with understanding of policies and processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least two (2) years of experience in customer relations
