Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering with the Talent Partners, HR and Hiring Managers to understand the business’ repeatable talent needs
• Using innovative ideas to engage top talent, increase their interest level, and convert them into candidates
• Actively sourcing candidates utilizing professional networks, diversity outlets, social media and other relevant resources

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of sourcing/recruitment at various levels experience
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English and Spanish
• Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents and handle sensitive and confidential information
