Job Summary

A media and technology services firm has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Telephone Surveyor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting a survey referring to collecting data and finding a consensus opinion on any topic or area of interest
• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Documenting customer interaction according to company operating procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in an outbound call center and good in persuading respondents to participate in surveys
• Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Available 40 hours per week starting immediately
