Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Handle complex support requests via email, telephone, live chat, or in-app
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and document potential defects
  • Work with customers and partners to troubleshoot system integration problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Academic or technical experience with common desktop and mobile operating systems
  • Academic or techincal experience with common web and mobile technologies
  • A well-known programming or scripting language
  • Experience creating ‘How To’ videos and knowledge base articles
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, Swedish, or Japanese.
