Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Employing empathetic support to customers via email, phone and chat
  • Partnering with Tech Ops team to communicate and prioritize escalations
  • Maintaining service levels and routing cases to appropriate teams as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-5 years of work experience supporting a rapidly growing organization
  • Bilingual in one or more languages: English, Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
  • Ability to think on your feet to devise creative solutions
  • Ability to perform against challenging goals with a best-in-class team
