Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese or Thai Seller Support Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve seller inquiries in Vietnamese or Thai language
- Answer phone calls, e-mails and chatbox inquiries to resolve issues
- Provide support to sellers in written and verbal form of desired language
Required Skills:
- Bilingual with native fluency (speak, read, and write) in Vietnamese OR Thai language
- Able to work during day hours in the Pacific time zone
- Able to work some weekends
- Heavily savvy with internet and computer skills
- E-commence or customer service/facing related experience
- Comfortable handling phone calls
