Job Summary

A software development and IT company is in need of a Remote Billing Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Answer customer questions related to revenue through our Zendesk ticket platform
  • Manage the knowledge base articles that cover pricing and billing
  • Communicate crucial company updates through various channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally support
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience troubleshooting / problem-solving
