Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Billing Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers with their basic to complex questions
  • Assisting with financial, billing, and invoicing issues
  • Solving complicated billing problems and answers questions via email, chat and social media

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma / college degree
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably from tech support or customer support
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience researching and resolving client billing issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to present analysis clearly
