Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Billing Systems Policy Service Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating initial billing set up for basic to complex policy plans
- Establishing customized new group and system records
- Working in conjunction with Implementation and Underwriting and Contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two years progressively responsible work experience as a Policy Service Specialist
- Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated training and leadership abilities
- Extensive knowledge of how contract and billing issues impacts other disciplines
- Expanded contract and billing knowledge and concepts
- Strong customer presentation skills
