Job Summary

A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Biosciences Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing customer custom ordering processes and oversee order fulfillment communication
  • Designing and implementing programs that provide excellent customer support
  • Developing and monitoring customer satisfaction KPIs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • MS or Ph.D. with 7-10 years of experience in the life sciences industry
  • Strong customer-focused orientation and exceptional judgement
  • Fantastic team member with a willingness to identify and assume roles that drive the company’s success
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
