Job Summary
A digital health platform is filling a position for a Remote Blended Care Therapy Senior Operations Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations critical to the function of the Performance Team
- Co-develop and own execution of performance and productivity strategies and interventions
- Support broader strategic initiatives in the program to ensure we hit our growth targets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in operations and/or performance analytics
- Extensive experience in data analysis using Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills with various stakeholder
- Prior experience using Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or SQL, is ideal
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
