A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bookkeeper in Naperville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients
- Demonstrating thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in technologies to deliver outstanding quality service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support
- 1+ years transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks in a professional organization
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
- Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data
- Ability to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures
