Job Summary
An insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote BPO Client Relationship Coordinator in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as primary and direct support for the Senior BPO Client Relationship Specialist
- Identifying opportunities for improved processes and workflows in coordination with his/her Manager
- Executing effective support for all administrative functions related to the assigned block of business
Position Requirements Include:
- Intermediate level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point software applications
- Technically capable of understanding and adapting to new software programs
- 1 year related experience in employee health and benefit plan administration
- Customer service skills
- Communication Skills – excellent written and verbal
