A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Brand and Visual Design Associate Director.

• Championing and taking ownership of building out a scalable & flexible design system
• Building an iterative design process that unleashes the creativity of your team
• Leading the creation and development of experiences, materials and designs

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of agency or tech company experience
• Solid knowledge of advertising, marketing, brand, and copywriting principles
• Experience leading and managing creative teams
• Proven track record of high impact design project delivery
• Confidence in presenting ideas and designs to internal clients at the VP and C-Suite level
