Job Summary
An insurance brokerage company is filling a position for a Remote Broker Sales Operations Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading Broker Sales Operations for our 60+ person broker sales team
- Building and managing all Sales reports in Tableau
- Leading and coordinate sales planning, forecasting, investment, and staffing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience and proven track record scaling and leading outbound Sales
- Superior operational modeling, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and visualization skills
- Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively
- Excellent presentation skills
