Job Summary

A financial management company has a current position open for a Remote Brokerage Support Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing initial troubleshooting, route tickets to relevant engineering teams
  • Advising on the priority of the production support tickets
  • Building out a team to provide second level of support for all brokerage related production issues

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of prior experience working at a broker dealer
  • Experience with Equity, Options, Mutual Funds, and Fixed Income
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Hands on experience working with SQL, AWS, FIX, PowerBI, Kibana, JIRA, Confluence, Monitoring software
  • Domain knowledge and solid understanding of the investment management landscape and broker dealer needs
  • Affinity for a fast-paced, early-stage environment
