Job Summary

A building materials company is filling a position for a Remote Building Materials Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Developing, directing, planning and evaluating accounts receivable policies and procedures
Supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and service delivery standards are met
Monitoring service level trends to timely identify problem areas and take corrective action

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Progressive experience working cross-functionally within a complex organization
3+ years accounting, credit/collections and/or finance experience
Experience in leadership roles and managing a remote team
Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong data mining and analytical skills within a complex IT setting
