Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business and Legal Affairs Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Partnering with our sales team to facilitate the timely closure of transactions
Providing counsel on existing agreement templates
Collaborating with business units to negotiate contracts and agreements

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of relevant legal experience, JD from an accredited law school required
Member of NY State Bar or have experience practicing under NYS law
Excellent working knowledge of commercial contract negotiation practices
Previous in-house experience (especially at SaaS business)
Experience using SaaS workflow tools such as Slack, Hubspot, Google Workspaces
